Job Description:

Clark Equipment Rental & Sales is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Parts Specialist to support our Service Department and internal operations. This role is responsible for sourcing, ordering, and tracking parts, maintaining accurate inventory records, managing service consumables, and providing top-tier customer service to both internal teams and external customers.

Responsibilities:
Parts Ordering & Fulfillment
--- Accurately fulfill parts requests from mechanics, the sales team, and the service department.
--- Research and identify the correct parts using OEM resources and equipment manuals.
--- Source parts in the most cost-effective and time-efficient manner.
--- Manage partial shipments and ensure timely fulfillment of all orders.
--- Maintain records of parts ordered and received for work order documentation.

Inventory Control
--- Maintain precise and up-to-date inventory using Clark Equipment's POR system (and any future systems).
--- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
--- Monitor stock levels for service consumables and reorder as necessary.

Customer Service & Sales Support
--- Respond promptly to calls, emails, and walk-in customers to determine part needs.
--- Assist customers with identifying and ordering the correct parts.
--- Proactively upsell components commonly sold together to improve customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
--- Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive experience.

Qualifications:
--- High school diploma or equivalent required.
--- Previous experience in a parts role within the heavy equipment or automotive industry is preferred.
--- Strong computer proficiency and familiarity with inventory management systems.
--- Working knowledge of shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment processes.
--- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
--- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
