What will the primary day-to-day responsibilities entail for this person? Deskside support of end users

Soft Skills is a must for this role. Candidate must have the ability to work with strong personalities. Coachable, Team Player able to meet customer expectations regularly and respond well to feedback from leadership.
What will the work schedule be for this position? (M-F? 8-5? Overtime? Afterhours?) M-F 8hr work shifts usually starting between 7-9 with an hour lunch.

How many overall years of experience should this person have? 2 years preferred Do they need any specific certifications or education? Not at this time If contract to hire what is the conversion rate? $23 p/hr How many miles per day will the contractor be driving? Only driving will be to the site
What radius range should candidates be located from the job location? Prefer within 30 minutes of the site but can expand if it is reasonable.
