Job Description:
This position is responsible for meeting the goals and
objectives of the organization by assembling, installing, testing,
and maintaining a variety of electrical equipment, components and
fixtures following all safety regulations and protocols.
Qualifications, Education, and Experience
- Accreditation from a technical school or skilled trades
program, journeyman license preferred
- Experience 2 to 4 years in a manufacturing environment with the
same or similar equipment, components
- Extensive experience with the concepts and principles of one
electricity.
- Solid working knowledge of manufacturing equipment and
facility's electrical needs
- Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of
confidential/sensitive information.
- Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to
manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing
priorities to meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well with
others.
- Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision-making; able
to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or
options.
- Self-confident, self-motivated professional who thrives in a
challenging, fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to be on call, including holidays, nights and
weekends Hourly wage range: $28.84-$32.96 ProAmpac's Norfolk, NY
site is a 24/7 manufacturing facility producing rolls of specialty
