Innova Solutions is hiring for Entry Level Lab Technicians Contract to hire, Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm East Syracuse, New YorkAs an Entry Level Lab Tech you will: Primary function is performing sample preparation or direct read analysis.

• After appropriate training independently prepare samples for analysis according to SOPs using basic instrumentation specific to the department and analytical methodologies
• Inputs and maintains technical information as needed to support the laboratory functions/operations.
• where applicable.
• Adheres to internal standards, policies, and procedures.
• Ensures all chemicals are labelled appropriately, required personal protective equipment is worn consistently, and all safety precautions are followed
• Performs other duties as required.The Ideal candidate will have:
  • A science degree is preferred but not required, some science background may be sufficient.
