We're a team of hardworking, efficient package handlers and friendly, focused drivers dedicated to delivering what matters - to customers, communities, colleagues, the world, and you and your career.Job SummaryThis is a seasonal opportunity to join our team as a Driver Helper, where you'll ride along with a Package Delivery Driver and help get packages of all shapes and sizes exactly where they need to be.ResponsibilitiesThis role requires flexibility and work will be assigned in the morning based on operational needs and your availability. You'll be provided with a meet point where the driver will pick you up, often in your neighborhood. As a Driver Helper, you'll work together with the driver to make multiple deliveries on a pre-assigned delivery route.RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Lifting Ability - You'll need to be able to lift up to 70 lbs
• Physical Stamina - This is a workout like no other, and you'll need to be able to handle the physical demands of the job
• Attention to Detail - You'll need to have an eye for detail to ensure packages are delivered correctly
• Reliability and Responsibility - You'll need to be reliable and responsible to meet the needs of our customers and team
• No Experience Necessary - We welcome those with experience in jobs such as Straight Truck Driver, Driver, and Order Selector, but it's not required
• Sturdy Work Boots - You'll need a pair of sturdy work boots to keep your feet safe and comfortable throughout the dayWhat We OfferAs a Driver Helper, you'll enjoy:
