Our client, a leader in facility management, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Engineer -to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Engineer , you will be part of the maintenance department supporting multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• 
  
• Perform maintenance and repairs to Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Furniture, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems for the facility.
  
• Travel between multiple facilities to ensure their proper function and maintenance.
  
• Maintain responsibility for facility services, preventative maintenance, purchasing, and inventory control.
  
• Conduct cleaning, inspecting, calibrating, and changing parts to maintain HVAC systems and associated equipment.
  
• Comply with safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe workplace while recognizing and proposing methods to eliminate hazards.
  
  
  What's Needed?
  
  
  • 
    
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
    
  • 5-7 years of experience in maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
    
  • Ability to analyze the operation of various Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
    
  • EPA 608 Type II Certification.
    
  • Working knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel.
