• PA RN LICENSE
  • Job Details
  • 3x12Hr Days (11:00-23:00)
  • 1 yr exp, 1st timer OKAY!
  • 25 visits per day
  • Patient Age Group: Neonates, Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics
  • Occasional float to MS needed
  • Non Trauma
  • Must perform EKGs
  • Special Equipment: Holter Monitor applications on ER patients, Document Defibrillator, Dextro, Medication administration

    • MUST HAVE PA RN LICENSE
    • exp with ventilated patients preferred

        • Unit Specific Information
        • Occasional float to MS needed
        • Must perform EKGs
        • Special Equipment: Holter Monitor applications on ER patients, Document Defibrillator, Dextro, Medication administration
          • Additional Details
          • Unexpired government issued photo ID
          • Required for clinical positions only AHA or ARC acceptable
          • Required as applicable by Profession
          • Physician statement within the last 6 months
          • Required within 10 years for all candidates
          • PPD, Q Gold, or TSpot within 1 year of start
          • 2 Vaccines or Positive Titer for Measles, Mumps, Rubella
          • 2 Vaccines, Titer, or Declination for Hepatitis B
          • 2 Vaccines or Positive Titer for Varicella
          • Aya standard drug screen within 12 months prior to start
          • Vaccine or Declination required during flu season
          • Background Check within 1 year of start for all locations lived/worked/in school in past 7 years
          • Required prior to facility start for EPLS/GSA/SAM
          • Required prior to facility start for HHS/OIG
          • 2 Professional References required
