Description: - Provide high-level critical care to patients in the
ICU. - Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing
appropriate care plans. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
to ensure comprehensive patient care. - Administer medications and
treatments accurately and safely. - Maintain detailed patient
records and report changes to the healthcare team. - Participate
actively in orientation, with 105 hours required. - Use critical
thinking skills to manage complex and unpredictable situations. -
Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and procedures.
