Patient Information: 12 -14 PPD Adult Population Follow-ups
Required Procedures/Skills: 25% - Hematology & 75% - Medical Oncology IP Consults
Required Documents:
- NCCPA/AANP
  DEA/BLS
  NY License
  Covid Vaccine
