DescriptionSIGN-ON BONUS: up to $10,000RN Position: Part time or
Full time.PAY RATE: $36.00 - $44.00 depending on experience and
benefit selectionsSIGN-ON BONUS: up to $10,000SHIFT: Various shifts
available. Shift times are (7a-3p), (3p-11p), (11p-7a).Weekend
warrior opportunities availableA Registered Nurse is responsible
for providing direct nursing care and assessment to long term and
rehabilitation residents. A Registered Nurse may supervise duties
performed by LPN's and CNA 's in a team care setting under the
direction of the Nurse Manager., Nursing Supervisor and/or Director
of Nursing.Primary Responsibilities:Provide direct care and
treatment to long term and rehabilitation residentsProvide
assessment and documentation of residents under their careInitiates
and administers Intravenous treatmentsCommunicates with the Nursing
team and medical team as appropriateReviews and evaluates the
resident care planTranscribes Physician ordersMay assist in
orientating new staffMaintains competency in all site-specific
tasks required by the facilityAdditional responsibilities that are
within the scope of practiceRequired:Active NYS Registered Nurse
