As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs, preferences, and goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, communicate effectively, and ensure seamless transitions.
• Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and self-management skills.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.Requirements:
  • Current State License.
  • Minimum of one-year experience in Critical Care in an acute care hospital within the last three years required.
  • Completion of AHA ACLS Provider Course within 12 months of employment required.
  • CCRN preferred.
  • Experience with high acuity CCU/ICU/ER medical/surgical patients is preferred.
