Seeking skilled professional with experience managing team responsible for repairing and maintaining highly automated industrial production lines to lead National Service Team.

Activities:

*** Ensure timely and effective delivery of customer site services.

*** Serve as customer advocate to resolve field support related issues.

*** Plan and implement product training in conjunction with Technical Support and Support Operations.

*** Accountable for expenses against budget.

*** Actively recruit, train, and retain talent.

*** Evaluate performance, write reviews, and provide feedback to direct reports.
